Pride's next Ubuntu Family Meeting will be hosting a Girls Night In for all female scholars and relatives---all mothers, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, and female friends are encouraged to attend. The night's topic will be "The Choices We Make." Refreshments served.
Scholars earning 310 behavior points or higher for the weeks of February 4-8 as well as February 11-15 may come to school in appropriate dress down day attire. Congratulations to all winners!
Sixth grade teams Keller and Parks and 7th grade teams Little Rock and Calcutta will be showcasing the performances they have created in their second trimester dance class. Our Pride cheerleaders will also exhibit their routines for the entire Pride community. Performances begin at 2:15 in the Great Room, and parents are welcome.
The Pride Parent Council will host a parent council meeting on Wednesday, February 28 at 5:30. A light dinner is always provided, and children are able to attend and eat. The 7th grade Project Pride community service project "Kindness Rocks" will be installed at Elmwood Park in East Orange at 1:30 pm. The students will be creating a station where park visitors can find painted rocks with motivational messages illustrated by the students. Rocks can be shared via #priderockskindness.
